Southwest Landed?
Should we be questioning the way that airplanes are being inspected? I think so, because if a plane can be in the sky and hole can just open up while in the air that is a problem that started off very small. I read a report today that states that the federal inspection is not thorough and has a lot of loop holes that allowed things like that to happen. This plane has been inspected over 15 years and has 40,000 take-offs and landings. The federal inspector states that they have never inspected for this type of damage.Well I guess that is truewhy else would it have been able to open up in the air. The roof of the plane tore open at 30,000 feet so I hope now they realize that the WHOLE plane should be checked. I am glad that there were no fatalities and that besides being a little shook up everyone made it off the plane OK. The federal government is now revamping the inspection and have pulled all 737-300 to be inspected. So at least they were able to find out and prevent a possible disaster in the air Well I guess the best thing to do now is to pray before flying the friendly skies.
